Our accident plan features a flexible plan design so that you can choose the coverage that best meets your individual needs. Coverage is available for both on-and off-job accidents and several optional riders are available so you can choose any additional protection you or your family may need.

The optional riders provide extra coverage and benefits for expenses resulting from hospital confinement due to a covered sickness, health screening tests, and disability due to a covered accident or a covered sickness.

Designed to supplement your employer-sponsored insurance coverage, Colonial Life's accident insurance pays specific benefit amounts to help pay the out-of-pocket expenses related to an accidental injury that your existing coverage wouldn't cover.

Benefits from your Grant Agency accident plan can help you pay the following types of expenses:

• Expensive medical treatment for broken bones and dislocations, or physical therapy, crutches, wheelchairs or other medical aids you may need as a result of your accident.
• Co-payments and deductibles.

This coverage may not be available in all states; product benefits vary by state. Policies have exclusions and limitations that may affect benefits payable.
